Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Yes we do. Select your country in the drop down box at checkout.


Q: What Payment Options Do I have?

A: During checkout, you may choose our different payment options. Shipment will not occur until payment is received.


Q: How Quickly Do You Ship And What Are Your Shipping Charges?

A: Shipping will take place within 5 days after order is placed, and shipping will take 3-5 days to arrive to your address (USA only). Shipping charges will be outlined at the Checkout page.


Q: What Is The Return Policy?

A: Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details. All items that are on sale are final and can not be returned.

A: You will pay sales tax if you are located in California.


Q: When will my credit appear on my account?

A: Credits take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item (s).


Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Within 24 hours prior to shipment.

RETURN POLICY:  

At Argyle Grant we are dedicated to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Argyle Grant will accept unused items within 14 days from shipment – with the exception of sale or clearance items, these cannot be returned.

If an exchange is required, and the style selected is of greater value than the original item purchased, contact customerservice@argylegrant.com and provide the payment method you would like to use for the difference.

Refunds are applied to full priced items only. We require items be returned in its original packaging, unworn and with all tags attached.

Refunds on full priced items will be credited to the original credit card that was used, minus the shipping fees. We can only accept items purchased from www.argylegrant.com

Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note: International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.

Should the items not meet the above requirements, Argyle Grant reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

PRIVACY POLICY

ARGYLE GRANT recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of its customers, employees and other third parties who provide their personal information to us. This policy explains how we collect your personal information, what we do with it, and how it is protected. 

INTRODUCTION

From time to time ARGYLE GRANT is required to collect, hold, use and/or disclose personal information relating to individuals (including, but not limited to, its customers, contractors, suppliers and employees) in the performance of its business activities. This document sets out ARGYLE GRANT's policy in relation to the protection of personal information.

The customer personal information we collect about you includes your:

name, age, date of birth and contact details (including residential or business address, delivery address, email address, telephone number); shopping habit details, and preferences and details of products you have purchased from the company marketing preferences, including the type of marketing materials you wish to receive and the method of delivery (email, SMS, direct mail, or other); and device identification information (see the section headed 'Online and Digital Services' below for further information).

The candidate, supplier and third party personal information we collect about you includes:

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for one or more of its functions or activities.

The type of information we collect and holds may depend on your relationship with the company. For example:

ARGYLE GRANT will only collect sensitive information where you consent to the collection of the information and the information is reasonably necessary for one or more of the s functions or activities. Sensitive information includes, but is not limited to, information or an opinion about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union, sexual preferences, criminal record, health information or genetic information.

Candidate: if you are a candidate seeking employment with the ARGYLE GRANT, we may collect and hold information including your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, gender, age, employment history, references, resume, medical history, emergency contact, taxation details, qualifications and payment details.

Supplier: if you are a supplier of AGRYLE GRANT, we may collect and hold information including your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, business records, billing information, information about goods and services supplied by you.

Referee: if you are a referee of a candidate being considered for employment by the ARGYLE GRANT, we may collect and hold information including your name, contact details, current employment information and professional opinion of candidate.

EMPOYEE RECORDS

This policy does not apply to the collection, holding, use or disclosure of personal information that is an employee record. An employee record is a record of personal information relating to the employment of an employee. Examples of personal information relating to the employment of the employee include, but are not limited to, health information and information about the engagement, training, disciplining, resignation, termination, terms and conditions of employment of the employee.

HOW THE COMPANY COLLECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION

Normally we collect personal information from you directly. ARGYLE GRANT will collect personal information directly from you during conversations with our team members (by phone, in person or electronically). We must collect personal information only by lawful and fair means. We may collect your personal information in the follow alternative ways, including without limitation: by email or other written mechanisms; over a telephone call; in person; through surveillance camera; when you make a purchase or complete purchase orders, registrations, requests or applications for our products, services, loyalty or other membership clubs (by phone, in person or electronically); 

when you communicate with us during competitions, special events and promotions; and where you access and interact with the website or the customer service team including via social media sites (See the section headed 'Online and Digital Services' below for further information);

If you apply for employment and complete forms applicable to the recruitment and selection process, we will collect your personal information through that process. We may also collect personal information from third parties including through the acquisition of third party mailing lists and from organizations with whom we have an affiliation.

At or before the time or, if it is not reasonably practicable, as soon as practicable after, ARGYLE GRANT collects personal information, we must take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to either notify you or otherwise ensure that you are made aware of the following:

  • the identity and contact details of ARGYLE GRANT

  • that ARGYLE GRANT has collected personal information from someone other than you or if you are unaware that such information has been collected;

  • the purpose for which ARGYLE GRANT collect the personal information;

  • the consequences if ARGYLE GRANT does not collect some or all of the personal information;

PURPOSES OF WHICH WE COLLECT, HOLD USE AND/PR DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

The main purposes for which we collect, hold and use your personal information are: 

  • to provide you with products and services that you have requested from us;

  • to communicate with you, including about products and services, competition results, special offers, and events which might interest you; and

  • to answer your questions, provide you with information or advice or consider and respond to requests or complaints made by you.

  • If you are a candidate for employment, we may use your personal information to assess your suitability for a position at ARGYLE GRANT.

We also use and disclose your personal information: to carry out administration, marketing, planning, risk management, fraud and loss prevention activities; for product and service development, quality control and research to improve the way ARGYLE GRANT and its service providers provide products and services to us and you; to seek your feedback in relation to customer satisfaction and our relationship with you and perform research and statistical analysis using such feedback; and to comply with laws or regulations or to comply with any directions given by regulators or authorities.

The kinds of service parties to whom we may disclose personal information to include delivery services providers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, marketing and communications agencies, data analysts, IT service providers and our advisors including our professional advisors (including legal and financial advisors).We may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for other purposes explained at the time of collection. ARGYLE GRANT may also collect, hold, use and/or disclose personal information if you consent or if required or authorized under law.

DIRECT MARKETING

ARGYLE GRANT may use or disclose personal information (other than sensitive information) to keep you informed about products and services we provide and other products and services that may be of interest to you via email, SMS, or regular mail. We may use or disclose sensitive information about you for the purpose of direct marketing if you have consented to the use or disclosure of the information for that purpose. If you have indicated a preference for a method of communication, we will endeavor to use that method wherever practical to do so. We acknowledge and respect the customers' choice to "opt-out" of direct marketing communication activities undertaken by ARGYLE GRANT. You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking the unsubscribe link on the footer of the email communication you have received.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ARGYLE GRANT may disclose your personal information for any of the purposes for which it is was collected, as indicated under the ‘Direct Marketing’ clause of this policy, or where it is under a legal duty to do so. Disclosure will usually be internally and to related entities or to third parties such as contracted service suppliers.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

If ARGYLE GRANT holds personal information about you, you may request access to that information by putting the request in writing and sending it to the Privacy Officer. We will respond to any request within a reasonable period, and a charge may apply for giving access to the personal information.

There are certain circumstances in which we may refuse to grant you access to the personal information. In such situations ARGYLE GRANT will give you written notice that sets out: the reasons for the refusal; and the mechanisms available to you to make a complaint.

UPDATING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ARGYLE GRANT will endeavor to keep your personal information accurate, up-to-date and complete. You can assist us with this by letting us know if you notice errors or discrepancies in information we hold about you and letting us know if your details change. You make a request in writing addressed to the Privacy Officer to correct the information, we must take steps as are reasonable to correct the information and we will respond to any request within a reasonable period. 

There are certain circumstances in which we may refuse to correct the personal information. In such situations ARGYLE GRANT will give you written notice that sets out: the reasons for the refusal; and the mechanisms available to you to make a complaint.

If the correct personal information that it has previously supplied to a third party and you request us to notify the third party of the correction, ARGYLE GRANT will take such steps as are reasonable to give that notification unless impracticable or unlawful to do so.

INTEGRITY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ARGYLE GRANT will take such steps (if any) as are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the personal information that it: collects is accurate, up-to-date and complete; and uses or discloses is, having regard to the purpose of the use or disclose, accurate, up-to-date and complete.

We will take steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to protect the personal information from misuse, interference, loss and form unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

DESTRUSTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ARGYLE GRANT takes reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information where it is no longer required and to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse and alteration. If you wish to have your personal information removed from our records, you may request that your personal information be deleted or destroyed. It will not always be possible to comply with your request to delete or destroy your personal information.

COMPLAINTS

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how your personal information is has been handled by ARGYLE GRANT, you may contact us at any time. If you wish to make such a complaint, you should first contact us in writing. Your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with ARGYLE GRANT’s complaints procedure and we will provide a response within a reasonable period. You can contact us on the 'Contact' page. We will consider and respond to your complaint within a reasonable period.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

ARGYLE GRANT reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on the ARGYLE GRANT website.
